Welcome to Golden Thread Heritage. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Orders All products sold by Golden Thread Heritage are custom-made and embroidered to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• All sales are final
• Production takes 3–5 weeks before shipping
• You have reviewed your order details (size, color, customization) carefully before submitting

2. Payments Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed in USD.

3. Quality & Store Credit We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at myorder@goldenthreadheritage.com with photos and your order number. Approved quality claims will be resolved with store credit.

4. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and branding associated with Golden Thread Heritage are the exclusive property of Golden Thread Heritage. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability Golden Thread Heritage is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
