At Golden Thread Heritage, all of our products are custom-made and crafted to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds.
Quality Control & Store Credit We take great pride in the quality of every item we create. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at myorder@goldenthreadheritage.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue store credit for the value of the item. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase in our store.
We are unable to accept claims for:
- Incorrect size selections made at checkout
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
