Thank you for shopping with Golden Thread Heritage. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All of our products are custom-made and embroidered to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before your order ships. We do not hold inventory — every piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a tracking number once it has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (where available)

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier or embroidery supplier
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Customs fees or import duties for international orders
